What is the difference between account balance and available balance?

and can I claim my account balance?|||Account balance is how much is in your account RIGHT NOW, while available balance is how much WILL be there when a transaction goes through.

For example, you have $100 in your account and you use your checking card to buy something that's $5 from BK. You're account balance will say $100, but your available balance will say $95.
