You're not going to the issuing bank, you're going to the credit card (Sears.com, Discovercard.com, etc.). Your mysterious friend is not telling you anything new.|||Contact you bank and tell them you want an access to Internet banking, Then they will give you a code witch u can access to your bank account via Internet.
