What's the difference between available balance and present balance in Chase banking?

My "available balance" and "present balance" are two different numbers (about a $30 discrepancy).

I'm assuming available balance is what I can actually spend and what I have available to withdraw and whatnot, but then what is present balance??

Thanks in advance! :)|||~~There is something pending the bank's processing (either a credit it or debit) and this amount will not be valid till the end of the next business day closes and all work is processed. When you see this on a Saturday, it will not become part of your available balance until Tuesday. It will process Monday, then show in your balance on Tuesday morning.~~|||Available balance is what you can spend. When you deposit a check, it can take several days for the balance to clear for your use.
